Sadly Middlewich CC report the passing of former player, secretary, scorer and current president Ray Davies.
Ray was well known around Cheshire Cricket League clubs and scored for the league sides on many occasions.
He was a lifelong cricket lover and supporter; he will be greatly missed.
His funeral will be at Vale Royal Crematorium on Tuesday 1st March at 10am followed by a wake at Middlewich CC.
